Victor is currently an 8th grader who swings the bat from the left side. He does swing it from the right side too and may want to switch hit in the future. Right now his left handed move is well ahead of his right-handed move, but he's athletic enough to pursue hitting from the right side if he wants to.
The one thing that I think Victor can fall back on the most is that he has a good bat path. He's not too steep into the zone and also doesn't have a problem of working uphill. This will help him get hits when he's off time. This is where we were starting:
