Backwards Movement and Ball Placement

This is just one swing, but there's actually a lot to go through here. Isaac has a tendency to stay on his back side. What we noticed here from the side angle is that not only does he not really get his weight transferred to his front side, but his whole body is actually going backwards (towards the catcher).

What to watch for:

  • His front foot starting point and end point in relation to the yellow ball in the background
  • The starting point and end point of his head in relation to the window
  • Ball placement on the tee in relation to his body
