Off-Season Hitting
During the off-season is the time to emphasize bigger adjustments (if needed). You don’t need to step in a batter’s box tomorrow and have success because you aren’t playing any games that count. Players can get into the cage and work on grinding away at something for a whole hour because we may be trying to change what is natural for you. This will be the point of emphasis from September through January. Obviously, a lot players play fall ball in September and October, but for the purpose of our focus, we will consider this off-season.
You may not need a total swing overhaul or to make any significant changes. If that’s the case we will treat it more like an in-season session for you where we focus on tinkering vs. grander changes. Things we work on in our group sessions include but are not limited to:
– Hitting Stations
– Off-Speed Hitting
– 2-Strike Hitting
– Situational Hitting
– Foundation & Balance
– Mental Preparation
– Video Analysis
November/December Schedule & Details
Those of you that have been in the program before know that November and December get combined into a 6 week session with a mini Thanksgiving break in the middle. It will run from Monday, November 3 to Thursday, December 18 before we give everyone a few weeks off for the Holiday Season. SLU (San Mateo)
Mondays (8-9pm) – 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, 12/1, 12/8, 12/15
Thursdays (830-930pm) – 11/6, 11/13, 11/20, 12/4, 12/11, 12/18
Sundays (12-1pm) - 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 12/7, 12/14
San Jose Batting Cages
Mondays (6-7pm & 7-8pm) – 11/10, 11/17, 11/24, 12/1, 12/8, 12/15
Wednesdays (7-8pm & 8-9pm) – 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17
Schedule Notes
- San Jose will not have a 11/3 session and it will be made up that Monday before Thanksgiving. We have some youth players that are coming home from Vegas on 11/3 and it will help avoid players missing the very first date of the session.
- A couple of the Sundays at SLU may be moved to on-field hitting days. We are looking into fields to make this happen.

For returning players. If you are a new player you will need to create your own account.

Once/Week - Can attend once/week from 11/3 - 12/18 - $360

Unlimited - Can attend all dates from 11/3 - 12/18 - $525
Once/Week - Can attend once/week from 11/3 - 12/18 - $300

This is our most expensive session because it's 6 weeks. If anyone needs to break up the payment into 2 parts, please let us know.
